Navigating ISO 31030 – mysa at the inaugural launch of The Travel Risk Academy

mysa’s founder Gary Hurst will be attending the inaugural launch of The Travel Risk Academy to discuss how innovative technology can be utilised to support corporate buyers assess risks associated to business travel. Following his recent article for BTN Europe, Gary will demonstrate how mysa has successfully implemented mysaSure, an environmentally friendly digital process, to verify safety and security standards of serviced accommodation.

The Travel Risk Academy has been set up to address corporate buyers and their organisations and develop their understanding of how to proactively manage the risks inherent in their travel programmes. 

The introduction of ISO 31000 (Risk Management) and more recently ISO 31030 (Travel Risk Management) have provided a framework to support businesses take a different approach to managing risk. It supports decision makers identify and consider the potential risks to travellers and their organisation and propose ways of mitigating them.

The Travel Risk Academy is a community which shares knowledge and views about travel risk management and provides members with structured courses through a learning platform with access to online webinars and workshops.
