mysa, the first brand to bring conscious accommodation to conscious companies, today launches axis by myo, an intuitive interface for corporate partners that simplifies the end-to-end process of accommodation RFPs. axis is initially launched to enable procurement of serviced accommodation, whether via TMCs or direct,  and provides two-way engagement between buyers and suppliers. axis simplifies a process which is notoriously time-consuming, providing 360-degree visibility of each supplier’s safety, security and sustainability credentials as well as supporting rate negotiation through an instinctive user experience, aligned to duty of care.  

For accommodation buyers: axis underpins the complete serviced accommodation RFP process from creation to assessment. It empowers the user to consider the credentials of each property, evaluate rates in minutes and engages directly with the supplier through the platform. It allows for integration of buyer’s bespoke considerations related to sustainability practises and social responsibilities such as Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) and Environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG).  

For property partners: axis allows suppliers to complete and submit proposals in a fraction of the time currently endured. Through an innovative approach, axis allows for multiple submissions without repetitive processes. A two-way dialogue will ensure that feedback is received for each property submission to each RFP.
